Which FF cards are in which tin? I use black and silver, would it be worth it to buy one?

There is no tin in FooF that has both silver and black, you would probably be better off spending that money on specific cards / packs from more recent sets as they are in most cases more powerful.

I'd suggest buying TeP (name is latin...) packs if you are interested in Philistines and Disciples packs if you are interested in Saducees, and if you don't end up getting cards you are interested in you can trade them for what you're looking for.

TeP = Thesaurus ex Preteritus (or Thesaurus for short).

I believe it translated to "treasures from the past" or something similar.

Tin VI from Faith of Our Fathers has three cards that are essential for any Philistine deck (Philistine Armor Bearer, The Twelve Fingered Giant, and Bringing Fear). Tin VII has Silver, but only one card that is really good for Silver decks (Striking Herod).
