Agreed.  They will be in both your good count and your evil count (effectively neutral, even though they are not).

Note that they are limited to 2 of each of these types of cards (all 2 brigade cards limited to 2, and anything with more than 2 brigades is limited to 1).

what about covenants/curses? and Forts?

Covenants are Good.  Curses are Evil.  Just like they are in your deck and in play
