Deck Building for Tournaments - New Card Design Only?

Excuse my novice question, but for tournament play, all cards in deck/reserve need to be of the new design, verus the old design?
Is there a name the Redemption community uses to describe the new/modern design?
Thanks!

It’s called rotation. Scroll are the old style. Rotation started with the release of tin 26. Go to Redemption Discord for more up-to-date information. Also check out Land of Redemption website for deck building ideas.

Yes, for State level and higher, Rotation is the only format legal.
