Title: Database to track cards owned?

Does anyone have a DB or spreadsheet that has a list of all the cards that you can go in and take inventory of what cards you actually own? Also one that can keep track of going price for each card maybe?

I used the Three Lions Gaming list (http://www.threelionsgaming.com/pdf/pricelist.pdf) for years to complete my collection. Complete with prices.
