Site Lockout: 54 Cards

Lost Souls: 7
Hosea 13:2 -Discard top card when put in site
Jeremiah 13:10 -Evil characters immune to to hero's of occupied site color
Psalm 1:4 -Site Doubler
Jeremiah 17:9 -Negate hero abilities with 4+ brigades
Proverbs 22:14 -Lost Souls
II Chronicles 15:4 -*/4
Matthew 19:26 -First round protect

Sites: 8
Hormah-blue
Babylon-red
Babylon-red
Babylon-red
Assyria-purple

Babylonian Banquet Hall-green
Dragon Rain-MC

Lamb Icon Dominants: 4
Son of God
New Jerusalem
Angel of the Lord
Guardian of your Souls

Grim Reaper Dominants: 4
Christian Martyr
Burial
Destruction of Nehustan
Falling Away

Artifacts: 6
Burial Shroud
Three Nails
Crown of Thorns
Chariot of Fire
Asherah Pole
Ark of the Covenant

Covenant Artifacts: 1
I Am Patience

Curse Artifacts: 1
Wastelands

Heroes: 7
Sarah
Rebekah
Reuben
Zebulun
Simeon
Benjamin
Levi

Good Enhancements: 4
Jacob's Dream
Jacob Buries the Foreign gods
Dove

Evil Enhancements: 7
The Rabsaris Attack
Achan's Sin
Land Made Waste
Disobedience
Two Thousand Horses
Confusion
Lying Unto God (multi color)

Mainly I would like tips of what cards are good and what cards are unnecessary. The idea behind the offense hence Ark and I Am Patience is to eliminate every evil character of the opponent in order to get free lost souls. The defense obviously is based around protecting the lost souls in sites. A couple cards that I am not sure are good for this deck are Dove, Achans Sin (because that would eliminate one of an already low number of 5 evil characters), and Wastelands. Is 5 Evil Characters too small an amount? Should I add Solomons Temple so I can activate Three Nails and Ark at the same time so as to not waste the Ark on non humans? Does the evil character destroying offense even work well enough? Just looking for some thoughts because I have always wanted a good site lockout deck. Thanks!

P.S. I would also like to know the quick name for each of the Lost Souls cards haha...haven't been around to have heard the new ones.

Take out dove and put in the new card, well reopened. Cool deck, relies a lot on zebulen though.

First thing I notice is that it's illegal. You have 8 sites and 7 souls. A site needs to come out. Beyond that, there's a few new TexP cards you'll want to toss in on offense (Leah and Well Reopened) once we get them shipped to us.

Dragon Rain counts toward that site count? bummer...

Well, it wasn't really designed to rely on him. It is cool when it works but I am more interested in destroying the evil characters even at the cost of losing a hero. What does well reopened do?

Search for a site and play it during your prep phase. Great for site lock.

If used by a Genesis hero, search your deck or discard pile for a site.

There's a bunch of the new cards listed somewhere in a thread called "Nothing to see here". There's only 60, sorted by brigade, so it'll be easy to find ones that'll be useful in this deck.

If you want to just convert their EC's then use Ahimazz and I am patience, run in, look at their hand, retreat and convert a non warrior class human EC!  If you put lampstand up then they cant do anything about it because they cant use CM until the SA completes.

I thinkyou need more GE and an I AM Holy. Make them d/c with I Am Holy, then run in Simeon to make them d/c an Evil Card from hand or territory.  I have won many games by just making them d/C evil cards before.

By the way, take out your own pergamum because it will kill your own dragon raid, or better yet, switch it for NJ or Promised Land.  ( put in the FooF Jacob to use Promised land all the time!)

Jacob (FooF) would be good for other things too like Jacob/jacobs dream or jacob/Dove to do what Simeon does if you dont have simeon and a female yet.

The New Leah Card would help get Simeon out earlier too.

lost souls: */4 and first round protect are kinda iffy. the shame ls (remove a hero in each territory for 2 turns) could be useful for site lockout as you can remove a hero that may currently have access. the lost soul that puts an evil character on a site should also be included in a site deck.

sites: babylon: too many. 1 babylon + bbh already holds 3 lost souls, 4 with the site doubler. i suggest removing two to open up space. assyria seems unneccesary with pergamum already. i find adding site access is counterproductive, as you already have a slew of sites yourself...therefore, dragon raid can be cut. kir should also be an auto-include for a site deck.

samaritan water jar can be useful, as it may catch an accessor site or hero with site access.

i've also found black to work remarkably well in site decks as of late. danites attack and philistines plus land dispute can go off during prep phase undisputed (no pun intended). manasseh plus the black recurring king can recur land dispute or danites attack, and philistine outpost can get the manasseh in the discard pile early. blue was also a nice choice for a site lockout deck, with jacobs dream and well reopened.

Don't underestimate this soul. It's held off opponents for several turns in a row. A definate add in my sitelocks.

I never leave PwD out of my brown site lock. that turns that soul into a */6 or */7 soul.

yeah you are right about hte LS's. Thanks for the advice there. I didn't have dragon raid but then I played my dads site lockout deck and I didn't have access to his sites... Assyria is in there because plunderers cannot be negated when it is in play. I understand that on the surface it may not be worth it but Assyrian Spoilers recurs plunderers every time in blocks, and that could add up the amount of cards I am both drawing for myself and discarding from my opponent. A lot of stuff you mentioned are from TexP and they are great suggestions...at the time I posted this was before I knew the TexP cards so I will have to now mess around with all my decks to get those TexP cards in...because this one could certainly use well reopened.

my site deck never has problems with a mirror match because i should be able to out-steal their site access if i need it (danites, land dispute, king amon/manasseh recursion, king nadab/jerobaoam recursion, taking naboths vineyard).

If you are trying to rid the defense, use Women of Snares.

No offense to you, but capture is the most fail idea for a sitelock deck. The goal is to hide the few souls you already have in sites, not generate more than you can contain. You basicly ruin your entire defense with Women as Snares.

Yeah when i was building the deck I thought about Women as Snares but that would defeat the purpose of site lockout. I can't hold that many captured characters in my LoB. I wouldn't have enough sites. The only way capture would work with site lockout is if its paired with Raiders Camp.
