I want to build two decks, each with a 2 color offense. Which should i pick? I don't mind have one of the colors show up in both decks....

1. green*
2. purple
3. teal
4. white*

*for sure what to use, not necessarily together...

Teal/Green and Teal/Purple
I am not talking about T2 unless I am explicitly talking about T2. Also Mayhem is fine now somehow!

I agree with Pol. Other popular combinations are:

Silver + Blue
Purple + Red (Disciples mostly)
White (TGT mostly) + Pretty much anything except Blue and Silver

I decided one of my decks will be green/white/crimson, but for my teal/purple deck I'm not sure what to use.

I have a philly defense and demon defense that could be options, any other ideas?

DOU?

Death O' Uzzah
And if you want to have a good deck, do not go stand-alone. ;)

What do you recommend?

Q- put this in what you consider order of best to worst....
phillies w/outpost
demons w/gates
crimson w/idk
pale green w/idk
grey w/idk
brown w/idk

1. Crimson (Babylonians) ~ Rockin' characters, lotso' battlewinners + interrupts, just a very solid, powerful defense (my pers. fav 8))

2. Demons/Gates ~ Rockin' characters, lotso' banding, immune to conversion, CB ignored w/ Golgotha, very solid if built well

3. Brown Persians/Judeans ~ Very viable w/ new Di cards, and CB ignored w/ Haman's Gallows. Good recursion, great characters, great enhancements, great overall defense (King Manasseh! ;D)

4. Grey Pharisees ~ Pharisees over Romans b/c they don't give inish every battle like the Emperors, and are very effective against NT offenses (also work better w/ a manipulative offense). It's kinda funny that Emperors are strong against Pharisees' weakness (FBTN) and Pharisees are good against Emperors' weakness (inish) so a combo of those two could be interesting... If you want to go old school and use Syrians, good luck; they haven't gotten support for the last two sets, so they'll be by-the-book grey. Your opponent might know what you'll do before you do. :P

5. PG Magicians w/ Demons ~ I prefer Magicians over Assyrians, b/c of the compatibility w/ demons. Lotso' recursion, deck manipulation, banding, sneaky battlewinners (Worshiping Demons, DOU, etc.)

6. Phillys/Outpost ~ This was easily the defense I saw the most last year, but it didn't get any support this set, and Nazareth killed Outpost, so if someone has Naz+C.P., unless u have Benedictus, your Land Dispute isn't going to help u. Phillies also tend to get rocked by conversion and ignore... :P

The only defense o' the above that I'm not using right now is Emperors and Phillies/Outpost. You didn't mention Gold (Herods), which I would put at number 2 spot for their CBP awesomeness, and the withdraw theme (which is hard to protect from). Herod's Temple+Golgotha+Chorazin+C.P. make them almost invincible 8).

I remind you, these are my personal preferences. You can do a Stand-alone or Philly Outpost defense if u want to (I dare you!), but small defenses in general won't be as effective as last year. :2cents:
If you were to go on a trip... where would you like to go?

Well, I'm going to use babs in my white/green deck.... i haven't really looked at herods before (although i've heard plenty), can you point me in the direction of a herod defense on the forum that is a good start?

Mine is mostly that minus a few cards. That list will do for a basic idea of a Herods defense.

The Herod defense hasn't really worked out well for me and I had the same defense except for one card.

I decided to switch up my offense idea.

I'm going to build a blue & grey deck.

I'm also going to build a green/ _____ & crimson deck

-suggestions for second offensive color for the decks? how about defense for the second deck?
I like...
good- gold, teal, purple
evil- crimson, black, palegreen

I'm also going to build a white/ ______ & _______ deck
