Title: 2019 Type A Deck Questions

So I'm currently working on a spreadsheet that lists out all of the cards used at Nationals this year. While I started to PM people about cards, I'm going to post some here too because I don't always know who to contact to find out the questions. There are some cards I can very easily figure out based on the deck or if the other version is playable or not. So if you know the following answers please let me know!

Dean Brooks:

Samaria x 2: are these two sites, or city and site?
Storehouse: Is this the Promo?
Jacob: FF or CoW?
Joseph: FF, CoW or PoC?
Eve's Descendants: DI or PoC?
Prince of this World: WA or PS?
King of Tyrus: WA, PS or PoC?
