Well, the first thing that I notice is that this deck is illegal. If you put the Hopper in your deck, you have to have 8 lost souls for a 56 card deck. However, seeing as I only count 55 cards in your deck, I assume you just left a lost soul out.
The next thing I notice is that you have way too few characters. 5 heroes and 12 good enhancements is a very bad balance, and 4 EC's and 14 EE's is even worse. The first thing I would do is take out at least 2 good enhancements and at least 4 evil ones and put in at least 2 more heroes and at least 4 more EC's - probably more.
The next thing I notice is that you are kinda sorta using three different brigades on defense. If I were you, I would try to go with a maximum of two brigades for defense, and for offense it would probably be best to do a simple one-brigade purple royalty theme if you have any of the cards for that. Otherwise, you just have to fit in classic purple-white combos like Transfiguration + Moses & Elijah, and Chenaniah + King David or King Solomon.
