Title: Where the gates of hell did my deck go? Can some one move this to deck advice
Post by: Isildur on August 18, 2009, 11:20:24 PM: Ok I have 3 different versions of this deck one is 56 which is a faster version but doesnt pack as much oomphf I have a 63 which strikes a good middle but some times gets really bad draws and never gets gates out and a 70 card version which is beefy and can even servive a Aocp but some times the draws are just sad.

So far the 3 weakneses of this deck are.... 3 Nails, Gates getting killed (though you can still recover) and bad draws :p

Post by: lightningninja on August 18, 2009, 11:23:24 PM: I'm not sure that this offense can get past a whole lot. I think you should put like fbtn banding, or ctb like King Amaziah.

I try to time it to around 3-5 turns and I try to have at least Gates, PF, Chariots and also D Harp or Alter of Ahaz in my hand I usauly have more.

Post by: DaClock on August 19, 2009, 12:53:30 AM: You should definitely use Brass Serpent (promo) in a deck like this. It'd be much easier than trying to do anything with Potters Field or Chariot of Fire.
