Here it is. As mentioned in my PA States review, I wanted to do 3 things with this deck.
1. Sitelock my opponent
2. Tech against the one offense with infinite site access (Disciples)
3. Keep the deck to 56 cards to limit bad draws and timeouts
I had been noticing most decks skimping on site access ever since Fishing Boat came out. Also, black has some great ways to tech against Disciples (most notably, Goliath's Armor, which can be recurred 3 different ways with this deck - Pride of Simon, Scribe, and King Amon). I was banking on the element of surprise to also help this deck, as no one expects sitelock with Fishing Boat available and Disciples decks running rampant.
The key combo in this deck is, of course, Manasseh in discard and King Amon/Gates of Jerusalem in territory. With this, I can infinitely recur Goliath's Armor with Amon, and his ability can't be negated because of Gates. I pulled this off against one disciples deck at the tournament and had it set up for the other disciples deck I faced, but my opponent flipped up Hezekiah's Signet Ring. I wait for Angel of the Lord and Grapes to be dropped before using Amon.

My offensive setup was simple: John the Baptist in Goshen with LDYL on him, Lifting the Curse in territory, Lampstand in Temple. When I would go in with WS, I had to bring John out of Goshen (since it would protect him from LDYL's effect) to get through their CM. With this setup, I could get through CM, a placed card to negate WS (Lifting the Curse), CoM (Grapes or SoG), and Charms (AotL on the character holding Charms). I couldn't fit in cards to tech against Wolves in Sheep's Clothing, Haman's Gallows, or Pharaoh's Throne Room. My gamble is that I wouldn't see these, especially in the unlikely event that I won some games early and got to the higher tables against the better decks. I chose John because 1. He's a white NT human, 2. He's not threatening at all, so maybe they won't do mean things to him before I get Goshen, and 3. I originally had House in Bethany in this deck instead of Goshen, and John is a Luke/John hero. I replaced HiB with Goshen so I could use Wrath.
I chose Blue sites because I wasn't seeing any Genesis decks, and Job didn't exactly worry me since I would have so many evil cards in hand. In hindsight, Gold sites would have probably been good too. I wanted Nazareth in to protect me and slow down my opponent, but I really needed Philly Outpost to work, so I left it out. Ironically, ANB was dropped against this deck and it wasn't pretty.
Cards I wanted badly to fit in but couldn't:
Lying Unto God (Arts hurt this deck so bad)
Household Idols (more anti-Disciples tech)
A third hero (in case both John and WS end up in discard, plus to play Benedictus/LDYL/Lifting the Curse earlier, as they take up valuable slots in my hand)
High Priests Plot (in case my offense fails, I might still be able to win)
Devourer (I need a negate in my hand pretty much at all times, just in case, but too many negates and not enough battlewinners can be counterproductive)
I made costly mistakes in almost every game I played with this deck (you have to play perfectly for it to win), and this deck still ended up one play away from winning it all, so I am pretty happy with how things went.
