This sounds really like a fun deck. What about adding stuff like Root of Jesse and (maybe) Feast of Trumpets (well as long as CwD is not out)?
Also arts are hart to keep on table today with Joshua all around.

No soul gen (or did I miss sth.)? At least I suffered regularly from soul drought during several games for qiute a while now (ca. 1 per week) while I even was able to use Ends of the Earth on opponents' decks several times. The other way around I also was able to benefit from soul drought on my side while trying to play slow in these cases.

What have been your experiences with the defense? Would you change sth. on it with this deck or maybe even switch to another defense?

Same for offense: Would you change sth. on it? And how did Sword against Sword work out for you?

I personally do not like Root of Jesse so I'm not going to run it here. I build with the expectation that artifacts will not stick around, but I generally think we have ran too far in the wrong direction on not playing Artifacts due to Joshua.
Soul Gen was a problem. Majestic Heavens/Ends of the earth would go in if I play it again. Imitate to Lawless can be soul gen in a pinch, as can Vain Vision, which was nice.
I found the defense to be pretty wonderful, although I would probably put Coliseum lion in reserve instead of running Behemoth in main deck.

Thanks!

But same for offense: Would you change sth. on it? And how did Sword against Sword work out for you, resp. in which cases did you use it?
And how did you normally end your chain of Rezin + Damascus + Captain of the Chariots + N.'s Chariot & Horses? Always by Disobedience?
And have you been able to use your Persian Horsemen often with lots of "negate evil stuff" out there? Also the part with Coliseum Lion I dit not yet really get since I do not consider them as being such strong (e.g. compared to other ECs to which Lurking could band to from Reserve).
(Defense might be a little vulnerable to stuff like Coliseum though?)

Also would you consider such benefit-counters like Damascus (LoC) as worthwhile (well that would cut Damascus (EC) though)? Maybe suboptimal...

Coliseum Lion gives lurking a play, which means you negate whatever got interrupted and then play another enhancement off it. The namaans play wasnt always disobedience. I usually use storehouse to grab different battlewinners, not to mention I band Gomer to rezin.
Sword Against Sword is amazing. I always got a soul if I played it.

Unless I’m missing it I don’t see a purpose with Rezin in the deck with no capture enhs...

Its not necessary to have the captures or banding abilites although they can be quite good. You basically get play first with Rezin > Damascus > captain of the chariots> band captain of the chariots in with rezin > equip namaans horses to Rezin > draw and play off horses > if the battle hasn't ended draw off captain of the Chariots. Its huge value.

K, got it. But Coliseum Lion do not really negate - only DC. But while Lurking is already interrupting it results in the same I think.

The namaans play wasnt always disobedience. I usually use storehouse to grab different battlewinners, not to mention I band Gomer to rezin.
But Gomer to Rezin is different than playing sth. off of Ch.&Horses - or did I miss sth. here? Also Rezin can start his run w/o being banded by Gomer, right? So is Gomer in for banding to opponent's ECs?

Sword Against Sword is amazing. I always got a soul if I played it.
Could you describe some scenarios where it worked out for you since after ECs ending the side battle the one from main battle might return? Or do you just use it for Grapes?

Gomer-Rezin w/Namaan's = Reap the Whirlwind/Confusion

Sword against Sword = Grapes/Confusion in a side battle/Using bigger numbers to kill/ Haman's plot. The opponent's evil character should never survive the side battle.

Lurking to Coliseum Lion is trying to discard the opponent's GE off the Lurking special initiative interrupt and then play Balaam's Disobedience/Unsuccessful/False Prophecy.

But Confusion doesn't help against any character/card already in play, does it? That Gomer banding + playing brown is nice though!
What about Scattered Sheep instead of Reap the Whirlwind? This even works w/o Gomer - while having Gomer is nice to band to opponent's ECs.

Also would Gibeonite Trickery be a thing for the Gomer-Rezin attempt?

Main problem with Gib Trick I think is that both Throne and Postexilic do a lot of banding so you'll likely be losing by the numbers after playing Gib Trick. I think it's good against most other decks in the meta and it does get around Coliseum which I could see as a potential issue for this deck, but not necessarily better than the other EEs he has.

Yep, but with Forsaken in (and maybe adding stuff like an occupied City of Enoch) it might work even more often though.
And what about that play 1st on Confusion? Is this really "only" for getting rid of a good card from opponent's hand and hence try to win the battle?

Play confusion and remove son of God. That equates to two turns worth of extra time.

Ok, this was the first case I was thinking of while Confusion might be in (but hard to get it done against super fast decks + hand protection needs to be removed too). 2nd was to remove a possible answer/battle winner from hand.

Coming from the discord discussion on Rezin: What about All the Curses to be in played off of him + C&H while banded to Gomer?

[/quote]I didn't work hard enough to fit that in this go around. Would most likely play it in here if I play this deck again.

Asking the same question here as at Discord: Do you consider a mixed brown/gray defense like here with Gomer/Unclean and Rezin, TSF + CH a better option or a more gray centered one with these 2 guys allowing for Sheol and/or Proud Pharisee?
And do you think Syrian Mercenaries would be reasonable for Rezin to tutor/recur him? Or would Judge's Seat and/or The Afflicted a good add?
Also did you use RbD and Ambush the City resp. would you replace them for other cards? As for CwD: Would you still prefer it over CoMind?
