We were given either a G or H deck, along with a TeP, Disciples, and a Priests.

I got the H deck. Getting Mayhem was totally epic. I used it every game. I probably would've gotten 1st or 2nd if I had kept King's Sword in my deck. I got locked out by immunity and it cost me a game. The defense was really good. Fallen Angel+Blinding Demon+Madness or Unknown Nation was a great block. I could also discard Gates to band in one of my demons. Writ was great too.

Fishing Boat never really did much for me, but it was neat having it anyway.

Not a bad deck, I probably would've left in King's sword and taken out letters to the churches,  Pharoah, and I don't know, Taskmaster, to make it 50. Looks pretty good the way it is though.  I'm sort of surprised you didn't do better against immunity with both words and reach in there.  Mayhem in in sealed is a total win!  ;D

Pharaoh's big numbers proved incredibly useful. At least half the battles in sealed are just by the numbers. He nice to band in with Unknown Nation or play Pharaoh's Hard Heart.

Thanks for posting this man! I enjoyed matching your games Saturday, I suspected you had a pretty high EC ratio judging by your territory, lol. Still can't believe you pulled a Mayhem in Sealed... EPIC!

We were given either a G or H deck, along with a TeP, Disciples, and a Priests.

If anybody else would like to try it, I think we would all give Super Sealed a huge thumbs up . Better variety in decks. There are so many theme cards that are, otherwise, unavailable. Aaron, Susanna, Feast of Booths, Magnificat, Magician's Snakes, Tenants Kill the Son...   so many cards that just jump into these theme decks.

Red was always playable :)

Yeah, I had enough banding/big numbers on the defense that I rarely needed to use an Evil battle winner.
Super Sealed was definitely a success. I'd love to play it again sometime.

That sounds fun but the major concern I'd have is that the packs, Disciples in particular could unfairly favor the purple/white starter deck.  Getting Sons of Thunder, My Lord and My God, Matthew, etc could be unbalancing.  I don't see the gold and green getting equivalent cards since they are O.T. and don't work with the N.T. stuff.  Similarly, if the new starter decks have teal in one of them then it might not be fair to include priest packs but we'll see.

I wonder how much that might happen in actual practice, though.  If its no more common than someone pulling Captain, Gabriel, Captians Sword, Gathering, etc. then its probably fine.

Mayhem, Gates of Hell, and the banding are huge in sealed but I don't have a problem with that since the decks can equally use them.

I'm looking forward to the new sealed decks!!!  I like the category; I just get tired of playing the exact same decks after 50+ games.
