Just some things I noticed on a quick read through.
1. The soul you think is retribution is actually called "the fool"
2. Carrying 2 copies of King Saul seems like over kill. You have nothing but scattered, grapes, and CM to back him up. The d2 off Sam isn't worth it.
3. Your deck reflects the meta game from the time when you left game. It has progressed a lot. Attempting to win most battles through discard on offense is risky. Solomons temple with King Judah will roll your offense. Herod's temple could give you trouble. Assyrian Survivor, Judas and there is more. Offenses today need several ways to win battles or a combo.
4. Chump blocks are great stalls in T2 but you'll find you quickly run out of characters and defense if you plan to block 80% with stall blocks.
5. Your offense character selection is a bit heavy on uniques. Unique characters cause hand clog and with as many copies as you have you will have hand clog. (Karius Vega just posted a deck list for t2 where I believe he only had duplicates of one unique hero and only one extra copy. This tends to be a healthier direction for decks in t2. It gives you more options to attack anyways.). Not sure why you want three copies of ahimeleck with no way band him into battle as a winning aspect to the battle.
6. I am afraid Sam is going to get stuck in battle alone way more often then you would like. Even if you have David or ahimeleck banded in your giving up serious initiative every battle. Your offense won't last long getting pounded by your opponents enhancements.
Just my thoughts. All that said I think your wise to play really fast against with a stall defense it gives you the best chance to succeed.
