I wouldn't say the brigade red represents blood.  Blood is just red in color.

In redemption the blood of Jesus (the Lamb) seems to have been mostly represented by the brigade white for it's redeeming/purifying nature.

I’m sorry but this doesn’t make sense given the card’s ability. If the card is specifying a king then kings represent royalty, and royalty is represented by purple in Redemption. If green is representing the prophets, and teal the priests, then why deviate from this with kings and purple? The same could be said for teal also respresenting blood. Priests sure shed a lot of it with animal sacrifices they perfomed for Israel’s atonement. 

And I agree with Kor that in Redemption white represents the blood of Jesus, not red. Otherwise, you all would have given Blood of the Lamb (RoJ) red and not white.

In the past white and silver were used on enhancements to represent God’s role. In PoC we focused on specific traits, mostly how the interaction tied to the office of prophet, priest or king (green/ teal or purple).

In the past red was primarily used for military. We’ve expanded that role a little this year as John describes. Expect a lot more of that in the future.

In the past white and silver were used on enhancements to represent God’s role. In PoC we focused on specific traits, mostly how the interaction tied to the office of prophet, priest or king (green/ teal or purple).

In the past red was primarily used for military. We’ve expanded that role a little this year as John describes. Expect a lot more of that in the future.

Although I still believe purple is most appropriate for this enhancement, I appreciate your explanation of the reasoning behind it, instead of just asking a rhetorical question and making a statement that had no explanation with it, particularly when there was no precedent in Redemption for red representing the blood of Jesus when red has been established (as documented in the REG) as representing military might.

Song of the Suffering Servant. It's the reason why Isaiah is a musician.

On another note, why isn't The Suffering Servant Involve Music as well? It's the same passage (Next verse even) but isn't marked as involves music on the card.

There are 4 "servant songs" in Isaiah. It's at least part of the reason Isaiah is considered a musician in Redemption.

We are retroactively adding the "involves music" identifier to The Suffering Servant from phase 1 and it also appears on Bearing Our Sin (but was added after the image you see was uploaded). Thanks to MasterQ for bringing those to our attention!

Purple is certainly an appropriate option for Bearing Our Sin. It's mostly not there for game balance purposes. We feel that purple already has one of the best "add to battle" cards in Faith of David and do not desire to give it a second one that is broadly and easily usable for that brigade. Both the lack of purple and the unity identifier are due to the prevalence of Throne decks in T1.

Errata, yes and no. Technically any changes we make to print on demand cards apply to all copies, so in that sense the phase 1 copies will have an errata. But a card doesn't need to have the identifier on it to qualify as an appropriate "type". Identifiers like "involves music", "prophet", "martyr", "Babylonian", etc are there as a reminder to help game play.

Our next two spoilers tie in with Day of the Lord that was spoiled by YTG this morning. These three cards introduce a star ability that requires players to remember for a short period of time that an effect is taking place that limits player's interactions. With all the things going on in the game it's easy, even for seasoned veterans, to forget sometimes. We highly recommend that players use some visual method to indicate when they use these effects. For example, during play testing I'd set my dice box or deck box in the field of battle to help me remember.

This first card is a combination between a 1 turn Fall of Man and utility with an "Egyptian" twist.

Star abilities are harder to come by on evil cards. This one stops cards like AutO, The Deceiver and Nebuchadnezzar (TxP) from doing what they do best. It also gives black and gray some excellent versatility.

We tested this with TToD. It originally only banded matching brigade Heroes but interrupted on anyone. If you really want to band off TToD there are quite a few other options, some of them better than this.

Not yet. They are literally being finalized and sent to the printer today and tomorrow. We have 2 more preview articles which will spoil the remaining cards coming out on LoR. After that expect the HD card images to be uploaded to the LoR Imgur library and card lists to be added to the LoR resource library ASAP.
