Is Ezekiel a Temple Priest?  ::)

If the definition of Solomon's Temple Priest includes anyone who served as a priest in Solomon's temple at any point in their life, then depending on when Ezekiel began priesthood, he may very well have been a Solomon's Temple Priest, if only for a short time.

I'd like Ezekiel to be a Solomon's Temple Priest too, so I've looked into it pretty thoroughly a couple times. There's no evidence I've seen that he was, only speculation.

I get to continue our updated previews with another card whose SA didn't change. But when we realized this was the only GE in phase 1 (maybe even the whole set) that was single brigade, we decided we didn't want it to feel left out.

Is the "(Or activate an artifact)" parenthetical clause what you do instead of the Draw 3/Play an OT GE, or is it just what you do instead of Play an OT GE?

Sad.  Zechariah negating enhancements with DS/FF in hand will be awesome no doubt, I just have to work a little harder to get there  ;)

I was hoping this would get red brigade given the Joshua theme but I was thinking that perhaps it was too strong with red. Glad to finally see red get an ITB, D3, Play the Next card!

Because red needs more interrupts  ::)

If brigades' powers were based on GEs, Red would be near the top of the food chain, no doubt.

Sadly, abuseable character abilities are what make brigades top-tier.  (It also helps if most of your heroes aren't susceptible to cascade-negate blowouts)

This GE isn't going to get Red anywhere by itself.  But the Red characters of FoM are probably underplayed, and Red is getting another abuseable Draw hero in PoC, so we'll see.

A Red deck literally just won Nationals.

I mean.... a Samuel deck won nationals. With the only red enhancement being Counsel, the only reason the brigade on Caleb, Asahel and Ahimalek matters is David's search.

That's a Sam/Throne deck, not a Red deck.

That's barely better than calling CoL a red deck. CoL is debatably even more of a red deck since it actually plays several red heroes and a ton of red enhancements. I suppose one could technically say red decks have won Nats two years in a row.

Gabe has said several times that his most common successful rescue in 2016 was Joshua/Captain so I guess that's 3 years... ::)

This update is easy to miss for the untrained eye but to make this card un-splashable, Unity was added.

I like that the unity is crimson, not Babylonian.  This way you can still use it alongside animals etc.

This card underwent a number of changes during the testing process. The final version not only works on its namesake, but also provides a nice in set counter to several of the star abilities that topdeck another card.

Sorry if this has been answered somewhere, but what is the "David" star mean on the cards?  Is it replacing X or something?
