Adding the "King of Judah" identifier allows a non-royal card to meet the Unity for Zion, no? That seems like it has some fun potential.

The opposite of that. Thank goodness there's not.
"What's that stack of cards you just pushed into battle?""Oh, that's Isaiah. He's a Purple King/Priest/Prophet/Musician that's negating Souls, Sites, and ECs, protecting characters not in battle from non-banding evil abilities, and protects himself CBN. Also, I get to take an OT purple card from Reserve and his enhancements are CBI because of this artifact. And if by some miracle you run Rubble and Dust do kill him, I can discard a teal card from hand instead with Solomon's Temple."seemsgood
If I am being completely honest I think that David needs a green and a red added to it (just my preference)

I wonder if Esther is getting a reprint this new set this year??
Question: With Royal Priesthood, if I place it on a female hero, will they count as a King of Judah?

This is being blown out of proportion. A Royal Priesthood is good/interesting/fun, but not a big deal. With the best combos being:Royal Priesthood+David's Throne+Thomas = Michael (AW) + Angel's SwordRoyal Priesthood+Isaiah+Gold Shield = negatable protection that is vulnerable to enhancement discards? Unless you take yet another set up step to get Royal Priesthood CBN, but the enhancement is still discardable.
Is it just me or is this whole Throne offense constantly being overplayed? It’s been this way since at least CoW and it doesn’t seem to be going away anytime soon, especially with these new cards coming out.

No one's ever suggested banning Sam/AUtO/Throne or using set rotation to get rid of them either.
