If I play the new remnant LS from draw phase and take my opponents character, then in prep phase play moses cow and negate the LS, what happens? I believe I would keep the character, as it happened on a previous phase and is now CBN, but the part of the ability that returns the character is negated, so if the LS was rescued, I would keep the character?
remnant ls:...take a character in opponents territory to your territory until this card leaves play
moses cow:...negate LS's
