Moving this to it's own question thread since it started piggy backing a thread in a different section. The thread was originally suggesting decrease be added to the REG as a healable condition:
http://www.cactusforums.com/redemption-official-rules/heal-rule-change-proposal/My previous understanding of the "healable" clause was simply to specific the conditions in which you could play a non-territory class heal enhancement outside of battle but given the comments about decrease from toss in that thread I'm unsure.
Now I have some questions to clarify what exactly how heal and decrease work:
Does the "healable" clause only matter for limiting the targets you can play a generic heal enhancement on or does this mean you can't heal clay Heroes decreased by toss with Peter? I don't know if "requirement" in "if no other requirement is specified" refers to something like Peter specifying the target must be clay or something else.
Does something like The New Covenant (At any time you may place this beneath deck to heal all N.T. Heroes) heal all my N.T. Heroes decreased by toss or not? I would think so since The New Covenant specifies all N.T. Heroes are healed and the REG says "When a character is healed,
any decrease of the character’s abilities is removed."
Do the answers to the above questions change if the source of the decrease is neither poison/disease or toss but is from something else such as Provoked (Decrease a Hero X/X...)?
